Good friends can’t be the same

Let your differences arise

While one may be the ocean

Know the other should be the sky

Water has no color

But the sea rings blue

Without the sky, the ocean would be empty

Without friends, there would be no you

Air always floats freely

With it carries thoughts and ideas

Invisible to the eye, this is why the sky remains clear

The oceans have a solution

It sends clouds up above

Friends will always see us

They may not understand, so they love

What if the sky shows its strength

Ripples turn into rapids and rogue waves

What if the water grows angry

Sending storms up to misbehave

It's never personal, but a release from the tension they create

They don’t hate

The thunder and tsunamis are the product of their fate

So choose a friend, know it’s true, it’ll work if you are bound

The people you need are the ones who stick around
